About Drishti Yoga

'drishti'   word meaning is   'seeing' or   'vision' or 'gaze'.   


Drishti practices are based on the concept of Mindfulness and Awareness.   We create yoga mat as a personal space of an individual to cultivate awareness and mindfulness through the different medium to live in the present.   Drishti practices begins with the body preparations through asanas, pranayama, mudra, bandha and kriyas which leads to the internal practices of dharana and dhyana to reach the ultimate goal of yoga as samadhi.   


Our Belief

To realize the self, one must have to meditate.   Greatest three obstacle in meditation is physical discomfort, distracted senses and scattered thoughts.   We prepares our body through asanas, pranayama, bandhas and kriyas, diet and daily routines to be healthy and steady.   Mindfully practicing of asanas, pranayama, mudras and dharana (control of senses) gives a contered senses and mind.   Practice of body and mind mostly appear as physical in here, but our practices are giving a strong foundation to create mindfulness, patience, attitude and suppleness.   


Teachers are important part of growth of a practitioner or learner.   The purpose of teacher is to guide the practitioner / learner through correct way towards the light and knowledge without any fear by building strength in body and mind.
